The construction of water systems in several remote coastal and upland communities in Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon and Lanao del Norte provinces of Mindanao Island had funded assistance from the“Kommitee Ärzte für die Dritte Welt” of Germany. It was implemented by GREEN Mindanao. . . The present on-going project has been started in September 2004 and will be finished on December this year (2007). It is in partnership with Hope for Change, Inc. and Life for Water, Inc. and in cooperation with the local government units of Municipal Government of Lanao del Norte and selected Barangay Councils (villages).
